G David Hopkins, MD

Dr. G David Hopkins is an Internist who has owned Maple Street Medical Clinic in Murfreesboro for 33 years. He established the first primary care walk-in clinic in Murfreesboro, focusing on acute illness and preventive care, where patients are always welcomed. He is board-certified in internal medicine and assisted by a board-certified physician assistant and board-certified nurse practitioners. While Dr. Hopkins no longer sees patients in the office, he continues to maintain a close relationship with his mid-level providers, office staff, and patients.

Elizabeth Kelley, PA-C

Betsy has a Bachelor of Arts in Medical Humanities with a minor in Music from Baylor University and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South College. She is a member of the Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants. In her free time, she likes to play pickleball with her husband, Jake. 

Courtney Waters, FNP-C

Courtney is a Middle Tennessee native. She grew up in Franklin, TN. She got her undergraduate degree at Murray State University and her master's degree from Middle Tennessee State University. She is married with 2 boys. In her spare time, she likes to read, travel, and spend time with her family.

Katherine Horn, AGPNP-C

Katie is an Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner who specializes in primary care. She is a native of Middle Tennessee but spent many years living on the Gulf Coast where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Southern Mississippi and then went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Alabama. In her free time, Katie enjoys home improvement projects, playing golf, going to the beach, watching football, and spending time with her family.
